New bag, shoes and Valentine's Day...

Been a while since my last post, but in the mean time I have been on a snowy residential trip, a night out in Leeds with the girls and bought a few internet deals!

Look at my lovely new bag, its one of those items you can not help staring at and stroking like some weird person!

 I might have also happened to buy some new shoes as well, they are pretty and gold. Perfect for my dinner dance in a couple of weeks, i'm sure I will post a photo but for now here you are:

Finally, (and I know its a day early but he has hockey training on the 14th!) I came home to a lovely surprise, the kitchen cleaned, a meal for two, wine and flowers... he even got a card, this is pretty good for my non romantic boyfriend! All the more special when you wouldn't expect it.

I am off to Cork at the weekend so should have a few photos to share next week.

Creative bag making and today's outfit

Hey all

I have had a proper do nothing weekend! Its been ace after all the stresses at work this week just to sit and chill. I have watched loads of episodes of sex and the city, read magazines and my book Victoria Pendleton's autobiography. I have also had the chance to get a bit creative. After getting my Grandma's sewing machine I have tried to learn to sew, I made Christmas bunting and then today I have started customising shopping bags, what do you think?

Think I know what my friends will having for their birthday presents this year.... watch out for more creativity in 2013. 

After feeling slobby yesterday in my trackies thought I would get properly dressed today and head outside for some pics of the outfit.

I have had the head band from Forever 21 for a while but struggled how to wear it, I think the new addition of a fringe helps to style it so may be wearing headbands more often now!

Time to head off and continue doing nothing... ahhh bliss....

Photo Time

Hey

Been manic busy since new year but should have more time to blog now!! Thought I would share a few photos.....

A great friend of mine since when I was 11 came to visit and we went to Delamere Forest.

This weekend was so warm for the beginning of January.... today has turned to proper winter!

Not had time to take any outfit photos but will try to soon!

I have set loads of goals for this year, 2013, and thought I would put some on to here to make me do them:

·       Go on at least 3 holidays

·       Read 20 new books

·       Complete my blog regularly

·       Be a better long distance friend

·       Send birthday cards and presents to my friends

·       Listen to more music and go to at least 4 gigs

·       Be a positive role model for young people I teach

·       Do some volunteering

·       Make more use of my time

·       Step  out of my comfort zone

·       Make more things, be creative

·       Get properly fit

·       Eat more healthily

·       Do more photography

Will wait and see how they all go....

New Years Eve Outfit

Whhooo 2013 has arrived, bring it on! I feel really excited and refreshed about this year, lets see what it brings.
My new shoes arrived from ASOS yesterday, my new year sales present to myself, a pair of lacey flats and these amazing boot heels.

I love them! Wore them last night to the house party we went to. It was lovely, on a farm in the middle of Cheshire drinking sloe gin and champagne, maybe my new favourite drink?!
Here are a few shots of my outfit, still trying to get the camera quality up but with Matt taking the shots I will have to train him up!

It was a great party and a lovely way to bring on the new year.... Looking forward to further blogging.
